We maintain a dedicated team of technical staff who are fundamental in providing high quality technical, product and systems support to clients, for the range of solutions offered. In addition, all personnel involved in providing support, have extensive hands-on experience with the software and continually liaise with the development team to relay customer feedback. Key points of services include: - Support is provided by our UK based office for all clients committed to the Gang-Nail® product maintenance programmes for immediate response to customer queries.
- Our telephone support operates between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding bank and statutory holidays.
- Emails can be sent automatically from the software or can be received directly, with the appropriate attachments, by the support team members.
- Utilising the web tool GoToMeeting®, enables direct viewing of the customer’s desktop and application to assist ‘hands on’ with any specific query in a completely private and secure environment.
